                        Through instant petition   the petitioner has sought appointment  for the post of Peon/Chowkidar in Government Primary School OMS Lashari, Thalho Ghanghro, Taluka Ratodero District Larkana.

            Comments  have been filed on behalf of respondents No.2,3 and 4 wherein the claim of the petitioner  has been acknowledged  however, it is stated that since no post of Chowkidar/Naib Qasid   has been sanctioned, his request can not be considered at the moment.  Today Mushtaque Ahmed Kalhoro D.O  H.Q on behalf of EDO (E) Larkana and Akhtiar Hussain Kourejo, ADOE (M) Education, Ratodero  are present in Court  state that the petitioner’s claim will be considered as soon as  the petitioner submits his relevant documents in support of his claim which will be immediately sent  for approving sanction from the competent authority.

            On this statement, the petitioner present alongwith his counsel is satisfied. 

            Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
