To this statement, learned counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2 states that though he has no instructions however, he has no objection if the matter is dismissed as not pressed.

Accordingly, in view of the statement duly signed by the applicant and his counsel,  instant civil revision application is dismissed as not pressed.
