The only apprehension which has been shown in the instant application seeking transfer of the case from Anti Terrorism Court, Jacobabad to Anti Terrorism Court, either at Sukkur or at Larkana on the grounds of alleged threats by some of the absconding accused persons in the instant case. It appears that no allegation whatsoever has bee leveled against the Presiding Officer. The matter is proceeding in accordance with law. As regards the apprehension of the complainant we direct the DPO Jacobabad to provide protection to the applicant as per law. The applicant is at liberty to approach before the concerned SHO to lodge a complaint against the alleged threats issued by the absconding accused persons who may take action in accordance with law.
Since no substantial ground has been agitated seeking transfer of the case, instant transfer application is dismissed.
