                        Tariq Anwar Khokhar, District Officer (Revenue) Larkana present in Court, states that respondent No.1 has already issued directions for the appointment of the petitioner. However, such appointment may be given after completing codal formalities and verification of the documents. He states that such exercise will be completed within thirty days.

                        On such statement, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not press the instant petition. However, he requests that the respondents may be directed to complete such exercise as expeditiously as possible.

                        Accordingly, in view of the undertaking given by Mr. Tariq Anwar Khokhar, District Officer, (Revenue), the instant petition is disposed of.
