            Pursuant to the court directions the respondents No.3 and 4 have filed their comments wherein it has been stated that the alleged detenue is required in two cases i.e. F.I.R No.43/2010 u/s 447, 379, 506/2, 147, 148, PPC and F.I.R No.48/2010 u/s 379, PPC both registered at Police Station, Mahota. It is further stated that the alleged detenue is not arrested in such crimes and has been declared as absconder in F.I.R No.43/2010 PS Mahota.

            In view of the  hereinabove comments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
