                        Respondent No. 3 has filed his comments alongwith annexures, which are taken on record; copy whereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per comments, it has been stated that inquiry proceedings have been initiated in terms of section 164 (2) of Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, and record has been called from Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Taluka Larkana. It is further stated that the matter is proceeding and the parties are being heard. 

                        After perusal of such comments, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents may be directed to conclude the enquiry proceedings within two months by associating petitioner in such enquiry.  Accordingly, by consent the instant petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to conclude the proceedings preferably within two months strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties and examining relevant record in this regard.
