                        Through instant petition, the petitioner claims to be father of Mst. Bashiran, who is presently residing at Darul Aman, Larkana. Pursuant to order of this Court, Mst. Bashiran has been produced and her statement is recorded, in which she has stated that she was married to Haji Khan Muhammad Brohi and on account of his cruel conduct she left house of her husband; came to Women Police Station, Larkana, who produced here before Court, and ultimately was sent to Darul Aman, Larkana. However, at present she wants to go with her parents, namely Mst. Akhtiar and Abdul Rasool, who are present in Court.

                        Learned State counsel has no objection, if custody of Mst. Bashiran is given to her parents. Accordingly, instant petition is allowed. Mst. Bashiran is at liberty to go with her parents, who are present in Court.

                        Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
