                        Pursuant to direction of this Court, the concerned Investigating Officer of the case has produced order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Mirokhan, whereby report filed under section 173 Cr.P.C. has been approved.

                        In view of above position, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition, which according to him, has served out its purpose. The parents of the petitioner are present in Court, who state that they have forgiven their daughter and will not harass petitioners in connection with their marriage. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
