                        Respondents have filed their comments wherein it has been stated that accused Habib-ur-rehman has been arrested in Crime No.64/2010, Police Station Sekhat district Matiari and Crime No.69/2010 was also lodged against Habib-ur-Rehman and challan has been submitted before the Judicial Magistrate Matiari. All the allegations have been denied by the respondents and it has been stated that they have not arrested or detained any one as the alleged detenues  are not required in any case within jurisdiction of their Police Station. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Nasrullah has been released by the police whereas Abdul Lateef is still under illegal detention at Police Station Sekhat and would be got  involved in the false cases. SPO present in Court specifically denies the allegations and states that neither Abdul Lateef has been  arrested nor he is under detention.

            In view of the  above, the instant petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach  the proper Court of jurisdiction for seeking relief as available to him under the law.
