                        Mr. Ahsan Ahmad Quraishi, Advocate files power on behalf of petitioner, which is taken on record.

                        Pursuant to directions of this Court on 25.11.2010, the respondent No. 1, i.e. E.D.O (Education), Larkana, has filed his affidavit, wherein the assertion of the petitioner has been denied. The learned Addl. A.G. points out that in view of the affidavit filed by the E.D.O, the instant petition is required to be dismissed as directed on 25.11.2010. To this submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the position stated by the learned A.A.G. appears to be correct, however he requests that the petitioner may be allowed to challenge the appointments made in U.C Gerello, District Larkana, where according to him, one Noor Mustafa who secured lesser marks as compared to the petitioner has been given appointment.

                        Under these circumstances and in view of the order dated 25.11.2010, and the affidavit filed by the respondent No. 1, the instant petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner may be at liberty to seek redressal of his grievance as per law.
