                        Through instant petition, the petitioner claims protection to his life and property against some notorious persons as mentioned in para 2 of the petition who as per the petitioner are causing continuous harassment and have also taken his buffalos on the show of arms. It is further alleged that police officials are not registering the case against the accused persons and no protection is being provided. The petitioner has further prayed for establishing check post at Noor Wah Bridge in order to provide protection to his life and property. The respondents have filed comments wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has never approached for registration of FIR. It is further submitted that there is already check post established at Noor Wah leading from Kamber to Shahdadkot near Kamber whereas it is not feasible nor possible in view of shortage  of police force, to establish check post as prayed by the petitioner. The police officer present in Court, however, states that they will provide protection to the petitioner as per law and take action against the culprits provided the petitioner approaches them.

            In view of such statement, the counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not press this petition, provided the respondent No.1, SHO PS Kamber may record the statement of the petitioner against the persons mentioned in para 2 of the petition who shall register the FIR if cognizable offence is made out. Order accordingly. The petitioner undertakes to approach the concerned SHO on 12.01.2011 at 4:00 p.m for the said purpose, when the concerned SHO shall be available

             The instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
