                        Through instant petition, the petitoner claims appointment on son quota basis. It has been contended that the application of the petitoner was recommended by respondent No. 1, for appointment on 26.01.2009, and since then same is pending. Learned Addl. A.G. has filed comments on behalf of the respondents, wherein it has been stated that the petitoner does not qualify to be appointed to son quota, however it is stated that whenever such post is required to be filed, he will be considered as per law.

                        In view of such statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition, which is disposed of accordingly.
