                        Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of FIR No.26/2011, registered at Police Station Kamber, district Kamber – Shahdadkot against private persons, who according to the petitioner there is murderous enmity. Learned counsel prays that protection as per law may be provided and the respondents may be directed to establish a picket at village Phall district, Kamber – Shahdadkot.

                        Learned State Counsel states that the instant petition is misconceived as there are counter FIRs against petitioner’s party and other persons which shall be processed in accordance with law. To this submission learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will not press the instant petition and would be satisfied if the directions are given to RPO Sukkur to establish police picket in the village of the petitioner to maintain law and order and direction may be given to DPO Kamber-Shahdadkot to provide protection to the petitioner. To this submission learned State Counsel does oppose.

                        Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
