                        Learned Addl. A. G states that in view of comments filed by the respondents, the petitioner did not qualify for the appointment sough through instant petition, as she was deficient in height and did not appear in written test. He, however, candidly states that the instant petition can be disposed of with the direction to the respondents that since there are five vacant posts available in the concerned district, the petitioner may be considered as per rules whenever such posts are likely to be filled.

             The petitioner, under the circumstances and in view of statement of learned Addl. A. G is satisfied and does not press the instant petition, which is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
