            After arguing the case at some length the learned counsel for the applicant does not press the instant application against accused Audhal. It is observed that cancellation of bail against Ghulam Mujtaba was also not pressed on  16.9.2010. Accordingly, it appears that the instant criminal misc. application has become infructuous. However, learned counsel for the applicant press that the learned trial Court may be directed to proceed with the matter expeditiously. Though such directions are not required as all the judicial officers are supposed to follow the National Judicial Policy and proceed with the matters as expeditiously as possible. However, in the interest of justice, the learned trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter and conclude the trial expeditiously keeping in view the National Judicial Policy. The instant criminal misc. application is dismissed as not pressed.
