                   Pursuant to Court notices, the official respondents have filed comments, which are taken on record.  Copies thereof have been supplied to learned Counsel for the petitioner. 

                   In the comments filed by the respondents, all the adverse allegations have been denied and it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner. 

                   In view of the statements and as directions of the petitioner, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition, which is dismissed as not pressed.
