                   Pursuant to Court notices dated 10.1.2011, respondent No.1 has filed comments, which are taken on record; copy thereof is provided to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.  Respondents have denied all the allegations contained in the instant petition.

                   The petitioner present alongwith his Counsel states that the matter has been patched up between him and the private respondents, therefore, he does not press the instant petition.

                   Be that as it may, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed.
