                   Pursuant to notices of this Court issued on 10.1.2011, the respondent No.1 has filed his comments alongwith supporting affidavit, which are taken on record, wherein all the adverse allegations have been denied.  It is further stated that the petitioner has never approached the respondent No.1 reporting the alleged incident. 

                   Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if the respondent No.1 is directed to record the statement of the petitioner regarding the alleged incident and if a cognizable offence is made out, to register the F.I.R. against the persons nominated therein.  The learned Addl. A. G., has no objection to the disposal of the instant petition. 

                   Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with directions to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.1, who shall record his statement and if a cognizable offence is made out, may proceed in accordance with law. 

                   Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
