                                                                        -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-

Both these petitions are taken up for hearing as the same are interconnected. In C.P. No.74/2011, the petitioner has expressed his apprehension that the police might involve him in some false case of abduction of one Mst. Rashida, whereas the alleged abductee in D.A. Case No.1/2011  has already recorded  her statement on oath before the learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Sukkur, wherein she has not leveled any allegations of her abduction against petitioner and her custody was given to her father.

In C.P.No.75/2011, Mst. Rashida, the petitioner  has approached this Court with the prayer that SHO PS Shahdadkot may be directed to record her statement and register an FIR pursuant to facts stated in para 2 of the petition.

Notices were directed in both the petitions. It appears that same have not been served. However, both the counsel and learned Addl. A. G present in Court  waived notice and have agreed for the disposal of both the petitions in following terms.

The petitioner namely Mst. Rashida in C.OP. No.75/2011 may approach the  SHO PS Shahdadkot, who shall record her statement  and if a cognizable offence is made out, then shall proceed in accordance with law and record FIR if so warranted.

Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
