                        Pursuant to Court notices the Additional SHO PS Hyderi and DPO Larkana have submitted their comments, wherein the allegations have been denied. It has been further stated that no harassment whatsoever is caused to the pet itioner by the police, whereas legal protection shall be provided as per law whenever solicited by the petitioner. Under such statement, the counsel for the petitioner is satisfied .

            Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to SHO PS Hyderi to provide legal protection to the petitioner as per law.
