                        Pursuant to Court notice, the respondents No.1 & 4 are present in person and have filed comments along with affidavit wherein they have specifically denied the allegations contained in the petition and point out that since the FIR No.269/2008 under section 9(c) and FIR No.270/2008 under section 13(d) Arms Ordinance have been registered against the brother of the petitioner namely Hajan son of Siddique Buriro, therefore, the petitioner has filed instant petition to pressurize the respondents.

             Counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner and his son are not required in any case, the respondents may be directed not to create any harassment to the petitioner and his family. It is further requested that he will be satisfied if the DPO concerned is directed to conduct an enquiry in respect of the allegations against the official respondents.

            Learned Addl. A. G has no objection for such disposal of the petition.

            Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents not to create any harassment to the petitioner or his family and shall act strictly in accordance with law. The DPO Dadu is directed to conduct an impartial enquiry against the official respondents regarding allegations contained in the petition and take appropriate action against delinquent official, if found guilty of the misconduct as alleged. Compliance report be submitted within three weeks before the Additional Registrar of this Court.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
