                        In pursuance to Court notice, SIP Hidayatullah, SHO PS Dakhan and ASI Muhammad Aslam, SHO PS Usman Essani at Bado have filed their statements with supporting affidavit and  copy of the FIR registered against the accused persons nominated therein. The police officials present in Court have categorically denied all the allegations contained in the petition and  stated that they have not raided the house of the petitioner nor taken the house articles as alleged in the instant petition.

             It is further stated that respondent will act strictly in accordance with law  Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner as there is no case registered against him and further an enquiry be directed to be conducted by the DPO Shikarpur, to investigate the allegations contained in para 2 and 3 of the petition. Mr. Abdul Hamid Bhurgari, learned Addl. A. G has no objection to the disposal of the petition in the said terms.

            Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and to  act strictly in accordance with law. As regards to the allegations contained in the petition against the official respondents, the DPO Shikarpur is directed to conduct an impartial enquiry into allegation contained herein, take appropriate action against delinquent officials, if found guilty of the alleged misconduct. Compliance report be  submitted within three weeks before the Additional Registrar of this Court.

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
