                        Mr. Ansari has filed comments on behalf of respondents No.2 to 5 which are taken on record. It is stated by learned State Counsel that neither the petitioner was ever harassed by the respondents nor she will be harassed. After perusal of the statement, it reflects that respondents have filed report U/s 173 Cr.P.C before the trial Court. Counsel for the petitioner being satisfied, does not press this petition by stating that it has achieved the purpose. He, however states that some of the accused persons have been mentioned in Column No.2 of the challan and he will avail appropriate remedy before the trial Court.               

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
