                        Additional DPO present has filed a statement alongwith comments of DPO city Hyderabad. It is stated that library in question was sealed on an information that it’s former Administrator had some links with Jamat-ud-Dawa which after investigation have proved wrong therefore, Additional DPO has suggested that library may be de-sealed and handed over to its Management through Education Literacy Department after taking a proper undertaking from them that they will not use the said place to any banded/defunct organization for any illegal/above the law activity.

                        Counsel for the petitioner contends that in order to avoid such a long process, the petitioner is ready to execute such undertaking and handover the same to the DPO who may be directed to de-seal the library and handover its possession to the petitioner and such is also suggested by Mr. Khanzada, the learned State Counsel.

                        In the circumstances, the Additional DPO present to handover the library Darul-Mutalliah Saifullah to the petitioner upon execution of undertaking as required under the law.

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
