                        The Criminal Miscellaneous Application was filed by the convict requesting that benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C has not been provided to him which application was converted into Jail Appeal. Now a letter has been received from concerned Superintendent Jail which reflects that convict stood released on 1.10.2007 of-course by providing the benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C as the judgment was passed on 16.10.2006 awarding sentence of 04 years.

                        In view of this position, the Criminal Miscellaneous Application as well as this Appeal has served its purpose which is dismissed accordingly.
