                        Through instant petition, the petitioners seek quashment of FIR in Crime No.43 of 2010 registered at Police Station Rukkan U/s 365-B, 496-A, 376/2 PPC. Notices were directed to be issued to the respondents and respondents No.1 and 2 filed their comments. The statement of petitioner No.1 Mst. Fahima was recorded on 14.4.2010, however, the petitioner was sent to Dar-ul-Aman.

                        Today the petitioner is present and reiterates her statement. She states that she has never been abducted and she being a sui-juris, by exercising her right of free will, has married with petitioner No.2 Gul Hassan who is also present in Court. She further states that she has not been married to any one before her marriage with Gul Hassan.

                        In the circumstances and in view of above statement of petitioner No.1, the proceedings culminating from FIR No.43 of 2010 of P.S Rukkan are hereby quashed and the petitioner is at liberty to go wherever she wants.

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
