                        Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, learned Additional A.G submits that no land whatsoever of the petitioner has been tress passed by the official respondents nor the official respondents have provided any aid or assistance to the private respondents to tress pass upon the land of the petitioner. Per learned Additional A.G after filing of parawise comments on behalf of the official respondents, this petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed. However, since none is present on behalf of the petitioner therefore, we dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.
