                        The learned AAG ha filed comments on behalf of respondents No.1,2 and 3 wherein all the allegations have been vehemently denied and it is stated that neither any case has been registered against the petitioner nor they have ever harassed him.

                        Mr. Ahsan Gul Dahri, Advocate has filed power on behalf of respondents No.5 and 6 and states that all the allegations are baseless and no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor they intended to do so.

                        In view of such statements, the learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied and does not press the instant petition which is dismissed as not pressed.
