                        Mr. Irfan Ahmed Qureshi, Advocate files power on behalf of respondent No.4 alongwith objections which are taken on record.

                        Learned State Counsel has filed comments on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 which are taken on record, in which all the allegations have specifically been denied by the official respondents and it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner. Moreover, if the petitioner requires any legal protection, the same will be provided to him in accordance with law.

                        Learned counsel for respondent No.4 states that since a civil litigation in respect of same land is pending therefore, the petitioner in order to save his skin and harass the respondents has filed the instant petition which is liable to be dismissed.

                        Since all the respondents have denied the allegation of harassment and further official respondents undertake to provide legal protection to the petitioner in accordance with law, whenever the same is required, the learned counsel for the petitioner being satisfied does not press this instant petition which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed alongwith listed application.
