      Mr. Anwar H. Ansari, learned Advocate for A.A.G. files comments on behalf of respondent No.1, which are taken on record. In the comments, it is stated that officials respondents are not causing any harassment whatsoever. It is further contended that the petitioner is required in several F.I.Rs, out of which one F.I.R. bearing Crime No.212 of 2009 has already been disposed of and in other F.I.Rs. the petitioner has been challaned and he is facing trial before the concerned trial Courts.

      Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the instant petition, which is disposed of accordingly.
