                   Respondent No.4/S.H.O. PS Abad in response of show-cause notice has submitted his reply.  After perusal of reply of respondent No.4, I have noted that the reply of the respondent No.4 is satisfactory, hence show-cause notice issued to him is recalled/vacated.  The petitioner in his petition prayed to direct the respondents not to cause harassment to the petitioner. SIP Abdul Jabbar Mahar, S.H.O. of PS Abad has appeared in person.  He undertakes not to cause any harassment to the petitioner.  After the statement of S.H.O. PS Abad, Sukkur, Mr. Arif Safdar Ghori, learned Counsel for the petitioner, does not press this petition, which is dismissed as not pressed.
