4. Learned Counsel states that malpractice of the Respondents can be seen if a
Commissioner is appointed to see that the work which has been advertised and
tenders were to be opened on
Accordingly, Mr. Abdul
Rasheed Baloch, Assistant Registrar is appointed as Commissioner to see the
work of construction of road from village Phulpota Pahore to village Khaskheli,
Taluka Khairpur, District Khairpur. Work will be visited after notice to
Respondent No. 2. The fee of the Commissioner is fixed at Rs. 5,000/-. The
Petitioner will arrange conveyance for the Commissioner. The exercise should be
completed within a week’s time and report should be submitted before the next
date, i.e.
