                        In view of the directions of this Court on 26.4.2010, the learned Additional A.G has filed comments on behalf of respondents No.1, 2 and 5 wherein all the allegations have been denied and it has been stated that no harassment whatsoever shall be caused to the petitioner and action if at all, shall be taken strictly in accordance with law. Mr. Javed Anwar, DDO Revenue present states that he has no concern whatsoever with the instant case.

                        Learned counsel for respondents No.3 and 4 states that his clients shall not harass the petitioner. However, he states that C.P No.216/2009 has been filed by father of Mst. Zeenat in this Court for production of Mst. Zeenat daughter of Gul Hassan which is fixed for hearing on 10.5.2010.

                        By that as it may, in view of the statements and undertaking by respondents, it appears that instant petition has served its purpose which is accordingly disposed of.
