                        Learned Assistant A.G has field comments on behalf of official respondents No.1 to 8 alongwith annexures. As per learned Assistant A.G, the present petitioner was nominated in Crime No.21/2010 registered at P.S Matli in which he has been acquitted whereas at present he is required in Crime No.20/2010 registered at P.S Bhitshah.

                        The learned counsel for the petitioner states that name of the petitioner is not mentioned in the F.I.R. and he has been falsely implicated by police and his name has been shown in Column No.2 of the Challan. The learned counsel states that one week’s time may be allowed to seek remedy before the trial Court by way of filing bail application and requests that till then, the petitioner may not be arrested.

                        Under the circumstances, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner and further he shall not be arrested till 20.5.2010 in the instant crime.

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
