DATE ORDER WITH SIGNATURE OF JUDGE
1. For orders on office objection.
2. For orders on MA 1445/10.
3. For Katcha Peshi.
19.4.2010.
Mr. Abdul Khalique Mughul, Advocate for petitioner
=
Through instant petition, the petitioner claims that private respondents No.7 to 10 are causing harassment to the petitioner in connivance with the official respondents and have lodged two FIRs against the petitioner at P.S Badin including Crime No.36/2010 P.S Talhar and the petitioner in both the FIRs has sought bail from the concerned Sessions Judge. Counsel states that FIRs are registered on the complaint of respondents No.7 to 10 and he apprehends that more FIRs in this regard would be registered against him. However, when the learned counsel for petitioner was inquired as to why action or proposed action on the part of respondents including the official respondents is being questioned by the petitioner, he is not in a position to reply. However, he states that atleast official respondents be directed not to create the harassment to the petitioner at the instance of private respondents.
Under the circumstances, I do not see any substance in the instant petition which is accordingly dismissed alongwith listed application. However, petitioner is at liberty to seek protection of his life, liberty and property as guaranteed under the constitution and the official respondents who are under legal duty to provide such legal assistance to the petitioner as and when required.
The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
JUDGE.
