3.                              Learned Counsel says that the Petitioner was initially employed on daily wages posted by the Respondent No. 2 on 09-03-2006. Thereafter, some tests/interviews were conducted by the said Respondent in the year 2009 and vide office order dated 03-06-2009. The Petitioner’s services were regularized and he was posted at SITE Limited, Sukkur. He was also placed at Serial No. 44. However, in spite of such office order, the Petitioner has not been given any job with the Department but to the contrary has now been terminated through verbal order. Per learned Counsel, this is due to some political influence. He, therefore, prays for notice.

 

                        We have heard the learned Counsel.

 

                        In the circumstances, we would issue pre-admission notice to the Respondent No. 3 as well as learned Additional Advocate General. Comments to be filed.
