2&3- That the respondent No.1 are constructed the boundary wall in the area which belongs to the petitioner. As per the learned counsel this is clear violation of the submissions made by the respondents No.1 and 2 before this court by virtue of which this petition was disposed of on 12.2.2008. As per the learned counsel the present action of the respondents No.1 and 2 amounts to contempt of court and requests that notice may be issued to the contemnors in this regard.

The office is directed to issue notice to the alleged contemnors as well as A.A.G.
