Administrator Taluka Municipal Administration Sukkur is present in Court and submits that he has no knowledge of Mega Project as the same is being handled by Project Director Mega Project. He however, concedes that he is responsible for all the administrative problems and to oversee all the development work in Sukkur. He undertakes that he will consult with the relevant officers and appraise this Court as to what progress has been made in respect of Mega Project. XEN Public Health Engineering Department, who is also present in Court submits that as far as lines of drainage are concerned, they have been laid down and now they will not dig the road any more so that the District Administrator and Project Director cargo ahead with a construction work in execution of the Mega Project.

The Project Director, Administrator Taluka Municipal Administration New Sukkur, and DCO Sukkur are not present. Office is therefore directed to issue notices immediately to all the three officers to be present on the next date of hearing when the Administrator Sukkur is directed to furnish a report as to the progress of the Project.

For this purpose, the matter is adjourned to 11.05.2010.
