Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 states that the direct complaint filed by the said respondent as since been transferred to the board of the 2^nd Addl:Sessions Judge Ghotki, as a point which is confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the question of jurisdiction under the illegal dispossession act still remains very much alive and he therefore, requests that he may allowed to file amended title, so as to replace the respondent No.2, the court in which the matter is now pending.
