      Pursuant to direction of this Court dated 3.6.2010, learned State Counsel has filed his statement annexing therewith statement on behalf of the respondent No.2, which is taken on record. In his statement respondent No.2 has stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor he will harass him in future and shall act strictly in accordance with law. To such statement learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not press the instant petition, which is disposed of accordingly.
