                        The counsel for respondent No.9 has filed his Vakalatnama alongwith statement and states that learned Senior Civil Judge, Shahdadpur namely Mr. Muhammad Ishaque Lakho has been duly transferred to perhaps District Dadu and has relinquished his charge on 2.6.2010.

                        In view of such statement, the learned counsel for applicant does not press the instant transfer application which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
