Mr. Nisar Ahmed Unar, Advocate for respondents No.4 and 5.

Learned AAG has filed comments on behalf of the officials respondents No.1 to 3 alongwith FIRs registered against both the parties in the instant petition. The learned AAG states that no harassment whatsoever has ever been caused by the official respondents nor the same will be caused in future. As per statement, it appears that certain false FIRs are pending between the parties. Learned counsel for respondents submits that some civil suits are also pending between the parties in respect of some land. Learned counsel for the respondents states that they are not harassing the petitioner and seeking their remedy through process of law. The learned counsel for petitioner vehemently opposes such contention and states that petitioner is being un-necessarily harassed at the instance of respondents by implicating him in false and frivolous cases. He further states that officials respondents are also continuously harassing the petitioner by threatening him to implicate in other false cases.

Since through instant petition, the petitioner has sought direction against the harassment and the proceedings pending before different Courts and litigation between the parties are not before this Court therefore, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to both the parties not to cause any harassment against each other and further official respondents are directed to act strictly in accordance with law and not to encourage frivolous litigation at the behest of either party.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

                                                                                                JUDGE.
