                        The petitioner Mst. Waziran present in person alongwith her husband namely Dhigano state that she being a sui-juris has entered into a contract of marriage with Dhigano out of her own free will which has annoyed to her family who are harassing her and the family members of her husband and are trying to implicate them in false cases.

                        Learned Assistant A.G has filed comments on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2 who categorically denied all the allegations and state that they have neither caused any harassment to the petitioners nor there is any case or F.I.R. against them. The respondent No.3 is also present and states that he has never caused harassment to the petitioners nor will harass them in future. Respondent No.4 being the father namely Nazar Muhammad has filed his statement wherein it has been stated that he has not harassed the petitioners nor he has lodged any F.I.R. against them.

                        In view of such position, the petitioners present in Court are satisfied and donot press the instant petition which is accordingly disposed of. However, the official respondent present in Court is directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners whenever they approach him, as per law.

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
