                        Counsel for the respondents submits that he has filed counter affidavit in the instant petition on behalf of the respondents wherein all the allegations have specifically been denied. It is further submitted that petitioner has lodged an F.I.R. against the respondents wherein they have sought bail. He further states that on account of some family dispute, the respondents have been falsely implicated in the criminal cases who are respectable citizens. He states that petitioner has filed the instant petition in order to harass the respondents. The learned Assistant A.G states that officials respondents are not causing any harassment to the petitioner nor such harassment will be caused in future and they shall act strictly in accordance with law.

                        The Court’s diaries show that petitioner after filing of the instant petition is not attending the Court. Today also no body is in attendance nor any intimation is received. Under the circumstances, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
