Respondents No.3 and 4 present in person.

                        Through instant petition, the petitioners have sought protection from the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners state that petitioners have married out of their own free will which has annoyed the family members of petitioner No.1 who are issuing threats and causing harassment through official respondents. The learned Assistant A.G ha filed comments on behalf of the respondent No.1 wherein all the allegations have categorically been denied. It is further submitted that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioners. Respondent No.4 Muhammad Yousif who is father of petitioner No.1 is also present in Court and states that he has not caused any harassment to the petitioners nor has lodged any FIR in connection with their marriage.

                        In view of such facts, the counsel for the petitioners is satisfied, however he requests that respondents may be restrained not to cause any harassment in future and police officials be directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners. Under the circumstances, instant petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents not to harass the petitioners. The SHO present in Court is further directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners whenever the same is sought by them.

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
