                        On 5.5.2010 DPO Shaheed Benazirabad was directed to procure the attendance of alleged detenues. Today SHO PS Daur is present alongwith detenues. He states that these persons have been recovered from their houses situated in Village Mullan Kalhoro Taluka Daur. As per SHO, they were not in detention of any one.

                        The learned counsel present alongwith applicant states that since the alleged detenues have been produced, his grievance has been redressed and he does not wish to press the instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
