                        After arguing the instant bail application at some length, the learned counsel for applicant submits that he will not press this bail application if directions are issued to the trial Court to proceed with the case expeditiously as according to learned counsel, the charge appears to have not so far been framed.

                        The learned APG has no objection if such directions are issued.

                        Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed. However, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter expeditiously and conclude the same preferably within three months, after receipt of copy of this order.
