                        The Superintendent District Jail Dadu has submitted his report dated 13.5.2010, according to which it appears that all the applicants/accused persons have already been released on bail on 7.1.2010 and are no more confined at jail.

                        The learned D.P.G in view of such report, submits that instant application has served its purpose and the same has become infructuous.

                        Accordingly, since the applicants/accused have already been released, the instant Criminal Bail Application has become infructuous and the same is dismissed.
