                        Both the petitioner and respondent present in person have filed a joint statement duly signed by them as well as counsel for the petitioner alongwith photo copy of agreement dated 2.1.2010. They have also filed photo stat copies of their NICs. Both the parties present in Court state that since the matter has been resolved outside the Court and tenant has entered into a fresh agreement dated 2.1.2010 whereby the rate of tenement has been fixed at Rs.20,000/- per month. Therefore, the petitioner does not press the instant petition which is accordingly disposed in terms of the above agreement alongwith listed application.
