                        Learned Additional A.G has filed comments on behalf of respondents No.8 and 10 which are taken on record. He states that necessary directions have already been issued to the concerned police officials to provide legal protection to the petitioner whenever required. Since no body is in attendance on behalf of the petitioner though intimation notice has also been issued. It appears that on the last date of hearing also no body was in attendance.

                        Under the circumstances, it appears that petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the instant petition which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
